Our body anchors us to our environment and facilitates all that we feel both physically and emotionally. But without a real awareness of how to take care of our
physical body, our mind and spirit cannot achieve optimum health. And although we all have different opinions of what our bodies mean to us individually, one thing is assured. If we don’t take care of them, we simply cannot live life to the fullest.
At be our goal is to help you understand how to lead a healthier life…but on your terms. We believe that there is no one right way to achieve optimum health and wellness. Nor is there a single definition for how to define your own external beauty–something very much associated with our own physical presence.
For example, we think it is fine practice yoga for the physical (and spiritual) health benefits it provides. But does that mean you have to eat a vegan diet or not pursue body contouring options available through plastic surgery? We don’t believe that there is a single right way for everyone; there are simply choices we can make to achieve the body, appearance, and feeling of health that we wish to have.
Your body is your own manifestation of how you are to yourself and to others. Have the body you want to have–whatever that means to you. Just make sure you get the best information to help you make the right decisions along the way–whatever they may be.
